Srinagar, Dec 15 (KNO): Flight cancellations at Srinagar Airport by IndiGo have largely normalised, airport officials said on Monday, noting that the airline is gradually resuming operations after earlier disruptions. An official from Srinagar International Airport told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that of the 64 scheduled flights for the day, including 32 arrivals and 32 departures. Among them, 36 were operated by IndiGo, he said. He added that operational and weather-related issues led to 4 IndiGo flights cancellations due to operational reasons and 4 cancellations due to bad weather, along with 18 delayed IndiGo flights caused by adverse weather conditions. "Other airlines, including Air India, Akasa Air and SpiceJet, reported 6 cancellations, with 10 delays affecting flights in total," the official said. "We continue to monitor conditions. The passengers must check with their respective airlines before travelling."—(KNO)
